By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.

3. Products & Orders

All products displayed on our Site are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. When you place an order, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. We may cancel or refuse any order for reasons including but not limited to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

3.1 Samples

We offer free samples for evaluation purposes. Sample quantities are limited and subject to availability. Shipping fees may apply for sample orders outside of mainland China. Samples are for testing only and may not be resold.

3.2 Custom Orders

Custom orders require a deposit (typically 50% of total value) before production begins. Custom specifications must be confirmed in writing. Cancellation of custom orders may result in forfeiture of deposit.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. We accept payment methods as indicated at checkout. You agree to pay all charges incurred under your account, including any applicable taxes, shipping, and customs duties.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship worldwide from our facility in Jiaxing, China. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or other events beyond our control.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of wood products, all sales of natural wood veneers and engineered wood products are final. Returns are accepted only for defective or damaged goods, provided you notify us within 7 days of receipt and provide photographic evidence. Custom orders are non‑refundable. Refunds, if applicable, will be issued to the original payment method.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, images, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Chuanfoo Wood or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Site. You shall not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or any systems or networks connected to the Site.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chuanfoo Wood shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or purchase of products, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Our products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non‑infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error‑free.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Chuanfoo Wood and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Jiaxing, Zhejiang, China.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any changes indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
