1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by Chuanfoo Wood Industry Co., Ltd. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

2. Description of Services

Chuanfoo Wood specializes in manufacturing and supplying high-quality natural wood veneers and veneered products, including:

• Natural Wood Veneers (Regular, Exotic, Flooring, Paper-backed, Parquet)
• Wood Lamella
• Veneered Products (Boards, LVL, Edge Banding)
• Customized Veneer Solutions

3. Product Orders and Specifications

All product specifications, dimensions, and custom requirements must be confirmed in writing before production begins. We reserve the right to modify specifications to ensure optimal quality and performance. Any changes will be communicated to the customer before implementation.

4. Pricing and Payment Terms

Product pricing is subject to change without notice. Payment terms will be specified in individual quotations and purchase agreements. Standard payment methods include wire transfer and letter of credit. Full payment or agreed deposit is required before shipment unless otherwise arranged.

5. Quality Assurance and Warranty

We guarantee that our products meet industry standards and specifications agreed upon at the time of order. Our quality control processes ensure consistency and excellence. Any defects or quality issues must be reported within 30 days of receipt. We will replace or refund defective products at our discretion.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery terms will be specified in purchase agreements using standard Incoterms. Risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer upon delivery according to agreed terms. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the products. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory of liability, whether contract, tort, or otherwise.

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, specifications, and proprietary information remain the exclusive property of Chuanfoo Wood Industry Co., Ltd. Customers may not reproduce, distribute, or use our intellectual property without written permission.

9. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, labor disputes, or supply chain disruptions.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Jiaxing City, Zhejiang Province, China.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website and become effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
